New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.32 million Buffered PLUS linked to Stoxx index, iShares ETF

New York, March 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.32 million of 0% Buffered PLUS due May 11, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the worst performing asset is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of that asset’s return.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing asset declines by 30% or less and will lose 1.4286% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 30%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
