New Issue: Scotia sells $229,000 buffered enhanced participation notes on ETF, index

Chicago, Feb. 27 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $229,000 of 0% buffered enhanced participation notes due Jan. 23, 2026 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If both assets close above their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.73 times the return of the worst performer.

Investors will receive par if at least one asset declines but both finish above 90% of their initial levels.

Otherwise, investors will have a 1% loss for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.

Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the underwriter. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the dealer.
