Chicago, Sept. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $300,000 of 0% review notes due March 6, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at par on any annual review date at a premium of 10.5% per year if the index closes above 100% of its initial value.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the notes are not called investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
