New York, Aug. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Aug. 14, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index ends at or above its 65% barrier, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 53.5%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
