New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $250,000 Buffered PLUS on Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Chicago, June 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $250,000 of 0% Buffered PLUS due Jan. 29, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 173% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
