New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.4 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes on index, ETF

New York, May 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.4 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due May 3, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 205% of the return of that asset.

The payout will be par if the worst performing asset declines but finishes at or above its 65% barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
