New Issue: Citi sells $232,000 barrier digital plus notes on Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Chicago, Oct. 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $232,000 of 0% barrier digital plus securities due Feb. 26, 2027 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the worse performing asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the digital return amount of 50% and the return of the lesser performing asset.
If the worse performing asset falls by up to 35%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing asset.
