Chicago, July 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.2 million of 0% digital equity notes due Oct. 18, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 82.5% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 24.5%.
Investors will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond 17.5%.
