Chicago, May 19 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.05 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Nov. 2, 2026 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an 8.8% call premium per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 30% and the index return.
If the index declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
