New York, March 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $19.92 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 9, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 231% of the return of the worst performing index. Investors will receive par if the return of the worst performing index is negative but that index finishes at or above its 70% trigger level and will lose 1% for every 1% decline if it ends below the trigger level.
For each index, the initial index level will be the lower of the index’s closing level on the pricing date and its closing index level on June 2.
