New Issue: Scotia sells $17.15 million enhanced participation notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Buffalo, N.Y., June 28 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $17.15 million of 0% enhanced participation notes due June 21, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 162.4% of any gain in the index.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
