Buffalo, N.Y., June 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.15 million of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due May 25, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 10.32% if the index closes at or above its initial level on June 3, 2022.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the gain of the index.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
