New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.06 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes on Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Chicago, May 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.06 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due April 30, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.55 times the return of the worst performing asset.

If either asset falls but each asset finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing asset.
