New Issue: Scotiabank prices $7.73 million digital notes linked to Stoxx

Chicago, April 13 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $7.73 million of 0% digital notes due Feb. 23, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 87.5% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,116.50 for each $1,000 principal amount of your notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
