Chicago, Oct. 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.16 million of 0% autocallable securities due Oct. 26, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 10.15% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call date.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 30.45%.
If the index falls but not below 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the index.
