New Issue: TD Bank sells $1.17 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Los Angeles, Aug. 19 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1,172,000 of 0% digital notes due Feb. 4, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 87.5% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.45%.
If the index finishes below the 87.5% threshold level, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% index decline beyond 12.5%.
