New Issue: JPMorgan sells $587,000 dual directional buffered return enhanced notes on index, ETF

Olympia, Wash., July 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $587,000 of 0% uncapped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 2, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each underlier finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times the lesser-performing underlier’s return.

If the final level of one underlier is greater than its initial level and the final level of the other underlier is equal to its initial level or is less than its initial level by up to 10% or if the final level of each underlier is equal to its initial level or is less than its initial level by up to 10%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the lesser-performing underlier’s return.

If the final level of either underlier is less than its initial level by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlier declines beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
