New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.84 million index-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, June 1 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.84 million of 0% index-linked notes due June 1, 2028 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at $1,700 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
