RC Royalty Sub to redeem $38.5 million in 7% secured notes due 2018

Knoxville, Tenn., June 24 - RC Royalty Sub LLC said it will redeem in full $38.5 million of its 7% class A Risperdal Consta Pharma secured notes due 2018 on July 1.

The notes will be bought back at 101.75 plus interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank NA (800 934-6802) is the trustee.

RC Royalty is a subsidiary of Alkermes, Inc., a Cambridge, Mass., pharmaceutical company.
