Chicago, Feb. 15 – European Investment Bank issued €5 billion 2.75% Euro Area Reference Notes (EARNs) due 2028, according to a final term sheet and a notice.

The climate awareness notes priced at 99.561.

Commerzbank, Morgan Stanley, NatWest Markets and UniCredit Bank are the joint lead managers.

The Regulation S notes are listed in Luxembourg.
