EBRD talks euro five-year green bonds at mid-swaps plus 10 bps area

New York, Oct. 9 – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was talking a benchmark-sized offering of euro-denominated five-year green bonds to yield mid-swaps plus 10 basis points area, according to a market source on Wednesday.

The Securities and Exchange Commission exempt global is EBRD’s inaugural green transition bond, and it was being marketed by joint bookrunners Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup and HSBC.

A listing on the London Stock Exchange is expected.

EBRD is a lender to banks, businesses and industries based in London.
