New Issue: EBRD sells Rs. 4 billion add-on to 6.3% notes due 2027

Chicago, July 21 – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development sold Rs. 4 billion 6.3% notes due Oct. 26, 2027 as an add-on to an earlier offering, according to an announcement.

Payments will be made in U.S. dollars.

The notes priced at 97.9878 with 272 days interest from Oct. 26, 2022.

The series will be combined with the earlier issued Rs. 1.9 billion of notes issued on Oct. 26, 2021, the Rs. 3.775 billion of notes issued on Dec. 16, 2021, the Rs. 1,847,500,000 of notes issued on Jan. 21, 2022, the Rs. 877.5 million of notes issued on Feb. 23, 2023, the Rs. 4.1 billion of notes issued on May 9, 2023, the Rs. 1 billion of notes issued on July 5, 2023 and the Rs. 4.25 billion of notes issued on July 11, 2023

Proceeds will be included in the ordinary capital resources of the issuer.
