France's Europcar starts roadshow for €250 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, June 22 - EC Finance plc, a financing unit of France's Europcar, began a roadshow on Tuesday for its €250 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (expected ratings B2/B+), according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up on Thursday.

JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank Securities and the physical bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life offering. Credit Agricole CIB and SG CIB are the joint bookrunners. RBS Securities is the co-manager.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

Europcar is a Saint Quentin en Yvelines, France-based car rental company.
