Europcar to start roadshow on Friday for €335 million five-year notes

Portland, Ore., April 26 - Europcar Groupe SA will start a roadshow on Friday in Paris and Frankfurt for a €335 million offering of five-year senior subordinated secured notes, according to a syndicate source.

The roadshow continues in London on Monday and Tuesday.

More details will follow, the source said.

Joint bookrunner Deutsche Bank AG will bill and deliver. Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan, SG CIB and Royal Bank of Scotland are joint lead managers.

BNP Paribas and Lloyds TSB are bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

The Saint Quentin en Yvelines, France-based car rental company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
