EuropaCorp negotiates $450 million five-year facility via JPMorgan

Madison, Wis., May 16 - EuropaCorp said it signed a new $450 million five-year credit facility with a $100 million accordion to refinance its existing €105 million credit facility.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent and lead bookrunner, with SunTrust Bank and OneWest Bank as joint bookrunners and co-lead arrangers.

EuropaCorp said that its expansion in the U.S. market through a recent joint venture with Relativity Media has enabled it to substantially increase the size of its existing credit facility.

The new facility will be used to finance the company's slate of English language movies, as well as to fund marketing and distribution costs.

EuropaCorp is a film studio based in Saint-Denis, France.
