Europa Trade Agency may conduct private placements, public offerings to develop products

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, March 1 - Europa Trade Agency Inc. said it may seek out private placements as well as public offerings of its stock in order to meet its cash flow needs.

"The company expects to continue to incur substantial losses to complete the development of its business," said the company's latest form 10-QSB filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

"Since its inception, the company has funded operations through private placements and advances from related parties. Management believes that sufficient capital will be available to meet its business objectives, including anticipated cash needs for working capital, as is currently evaluating several financing options. Management intends to seek additional capital through private placements and public offering of its common stock."

The statement goes on to say that because of the significant losses incurred since inception, "There exists substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern."

For the quarter ended Oct. 31, Europa reported a net loss of $10,627, compared to a net loss of $23,559 for the same quarter of 2004.

As of Oct. 31, the company had cash assets of $1,721, compared to $3,534 for the same period in 2004.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Europa distributes products manufactured by other companies.
