New Issue: Eurasian Minerals concludes C$5.27 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., March 15 - Eurasian Minerals Inc. said it completed a C$5.27 million private placement of units.
The company sold 2,559,510 units at C$2.06 apiece to IFC. Each unit consists of one common share and 0.75 of a warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$2.88 for three years.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Eurasian is a mineral exploration company.
