Kazakhstan's Eurasian Bank places no bonds at July 23 session

Madison, Wis., July 23 - JSC Eurasian Bank held a special trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange to place KZT 2.7 billion of 5.7% bonds due Oct. 15, 2023. No bonds were placed at the trading session held on Tuesday due to unfavorable prices submitted.

The size of the planned placement represented 18% of the total principal amount of bonds the company is authorized to issue.

The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based bank said it will offer the bonds again at a special trading session scheduled for July 26.
