Moody's rates Home Credit notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 long-term foreign-currency rating to the senior unsecured loan participation notes expected to be issued on a limited-recourse basis by Eurasia Capital SA, a Luxembourg-based special purpose vehicle, for the sole purpose of funding loans to Home Credit and Finance Bank Limited Liability Co.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the Ba3 rating is based primarily on the fundamental ability of Home Credit (rated Ba3/NP/D-/Aa3.ru).
