Ethyl extends bank loan to March 31, 2004

New York, March 3 - Ethyl Corp. extended its credit facility to March 31, 2004, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

"The company is pleased to have obtained the extension and will continue to focus on improving profits and providing customers with top quality products," the filing said.

Ethyl is a Richmond, Va. developer, manufacturer, blender and marketer of fuel and lubricant additives technology and products.
