Air France-KLM offers €0.3145 each for Alitalia convertibles with merger

Des Moines, March 17 - Alitalia's proposed merger with Air France-KLM Group would include the acquisition of Alitalia's convertible bonds for €0.3145 per bond, according to a news release.

Air France-KLM would pay a total of €608 million for the convertibles. The company said that its offer represents current market value.

Alitalia is an airline based in Rome. Air France-KLM is an airline business that includes Paris-based Air France and Amsterdam-based KLM.
