New Issue: Taiwan’s E.Sun Bank prices NT$1.1 billion bonds at par to yield 0.66%

Morgantown, W.Va., April 16 – E.Sun Financial Holding Co., Ltd. said subsidiary E.Sun Bank priced NT$1.1 billion of senior financial debentures.

The two-year bonds are priced at par with a coupon of 0.66%.

The bonds will be issued on April 24.

Proceeds will be used to support the bank’s green policy in lending, according to a notice.

This is the Taipei, Taiwan-based bank’s third issue for 2018.
