Moody's: Esterline unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said news that Esterline Technology Corp. has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire the Souriau Group for €483 million does not impact the existing ratings of Esterline, including its Ba2 corporate family rating.

The outlook remains positive.
