Atlanta, Jan. 9 - China's CSI Properties Ltd. priced $150 million 6½% five-year notes at par, a market source said.
The notes priced in line with talk, which was set at the 6½% area.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The notes were guaranteed by Estate Sky Ltd.
CSI is a Hong Kong-based real estate company.
