New Issue: India’s Essel Propack allots Rs. 500 million redeemable debentures

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 21 – Essel Propack Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it allotted Rs. 500 million unsecured redeemable nonconvertible debentures due 2020 on Thursday.

The company issued 500 debentures, with a face value of Rs. 1 million each, to one investor.

Interest will be set using the one-year T-bill rate with a margin of 145 basis points.

The debentures will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the BSE Ltd.

Essel Propack is a Mumbai-based specialty packaging company.
