By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, March 10 - Escada AG, the German designer and marketer of upscale women's apparel, will start a roadshow on Monday for its €200 million offering of seven-year senior notes, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected late in the week of March 14.

Deutsche Bank Securities and HVB are the underwriters.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

Proceeds will be used to refinance bank debt and to improve the company's capital structure.

Escada is based in Aschheim/München, Germany.
