Escada expected to offer €150 million to €200 million notes in early March

St. Louis, Feb. 25 - Escada AG is expected to launch a €150 million to €200 million offering of high-yield notes in early March, according to market sources.

Deutsche Bank Securities and Morgan Stanley will be the bookrunners.

The Aschheim/München, Germany-based upscale women's apparel designer and marketer will use the proceeds to refinance debt.
