Moody's reviews Escada

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the B1 corporate family and debt ratings of Escada AG on review for downgrade following the company's announcement that 2008 results will be hurt by the weak luxury women's fashion market.

The review will evaluate ongoing cost management plans and strategies to mitigate the pressure on revenue and its cash flow from the challenging market environment, the agency said.
