Erico International to offer $135 million eight-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Feb. 6 - Erico International Corp. is heard to be in the market with an offering of $135 million of eight-year senior subordinated notes (B3/B-), according to market sources.

Deutsche Bank Securities and JP Morgan will be underwriters of the Rule 144A deal, the sources added.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The Solon, Ohio-based company manufactures engineered metal products for niche applications.

No timing on the deal was heard, and the company did not return a telephone call Friday from Prospect News.
