ERB Hellas to pay dividends on €200 million series A preferreds

Olympia, Wash., March 12 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. said it is being required to declare and pay dividends payable on the next four payment dates following Jan. 17 for its €200 million series A CMS-linked non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The preferreds are guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Eurobank Ergasias SA.

The payments will be made in connection to Eurobank Ergasias’ redemption of 345.5 million nontransferable nonvoting redeemable preference shares and issue of €950 million 6.41% tier 2 subordinated instruments due 2028.

Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
