ERB Hellas to skip dividend payout on €200 million series C preferreds

Minneapolis, Jan. 4 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. will not pay the dividends payable Jan. 9 on its €200 million series C fixed-rate non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The preferreds are guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Eurobank Ergasias SA.

Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
