ERB Hellas to skip dividend payout on 8.25% exchangeables, preferreds

Chicago, Oct. 24 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. will forgo making the dividend payment Oct. 20 on its €300 million series D 8.25% non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting exchangeable preferred securities.

ERB also will decline the dividend payable Nov. 2 on its €400 million series B fixed-to-floating non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, according to two separate notices.

The preferreds are guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Eurobank Ergasias SA.

Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
