ERB Hellas won’t pay dividends on preferreds guaranteed by Eurobank

Pittsburgh, June 27 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. will not declare and pay dividends due on its €200 million of series C fixed-rate non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, €300 million of series D 8 ¼% non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting exchangeable preferred securities and €400 million of fixed-to-floating-rate non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, according to two news releases.

The series C dividend was payable on July 9, the series D dividend on July 29 and the series B dividend on Aug. 2.

All three series have a subordinated guarantee from Eurobank Ergasias SA.

Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
