ERB Hellas to forgo dividend payout on 8.25% exchangeables, preferreds

Chicago, March 21 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. has declined to pay the dividends payable April 9 on its €300 million series D 8.25% non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting exchangeable preferred securities and €200 million series C fixed-rate non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities.

The preferreds are guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Eurobank Ergasias SA, according to two separate notices.

Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
