ERB Hellas won’t pay dividends on preferreds guaranteed by Eurobank

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 23 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. will not declare or pay the dividends payable in October and November on its €400 million series B fixed- to floating-rate noncumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities and €200 million series C fixed-rate noncumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities.
According to separate filings with the London Stock Exchange, both series of securities carry a subordinated guarantee from Eurobank Ergasias SA.
The dividend on the series B securities would have been payable on Nov. 2 and the dividend on the series C securities on Oct. 10.
Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
