ERB Hellas won’t pay dividends on preferreds guaranteed by Eurobank

Norfolk, Va., March 29 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. will not declare or pay the dividends payable in January and February on its €400 million series B fixed- to floating-rate noncumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, €200 million series C fixed-rate noncumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities and €300 million series D 8.25% noncumulative guaranteed non-voting exchangeable preferred securities.

According to separate filings with the London Stock Exchange, all three series of securities carry a subordinated guarantee from Eurobank Ergasias SA.

The dividend on the series B securities would have been payable on May 2, the dividend on the series C securities on April 9 and the dividend on the series D securities on April 29.

Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
