ERB Hellas to forgo April dividend payment on series C preferreds

New York, March 31 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. announced that it will not declare and will not pay the upcoming dividend payment on its €200 million of series C fixed-rate non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities.

According to a filing with the London Stock Exchange, the dividend would have otherwise been payable on April 9.

The securities have a subordinated guarantee from Eurobank Ergasias SA, a bank based in Athens.
