Charlotte, N.C., May 12 - Eramet Group announced it issued a €50 million 12-year bond with a 5.29% coupon in a private placement on April 22.
The placement helps diversify Eramet's financing sources, according to a company news release.
In addition, Eramet sold a €125 million public bond with a 4.5% annual coupon that matures Nov. 6, 2020. The principal total amount of the bond is €525 million. Joint bookrunners were BNP Paribas, Natixis and Société Générale.
Eramet is a Paris-based mining and metallurgical global producer of alloying metals.
