EQT Midstream Partners plans to offer notes in three tranches

Knoxville, Tenn., June 20 – EQT Midstream Partners, LP is expected to price fixed-rate senior notes (Ba1) in three tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt under the company’s EQM term loan facility and for general partnership purposes.

The energy company is based in Pittsburgh.
