Three EQ Advisors Trust funds add 0.25% service/distribution fee

San Diego, Dec. 16 - Class 1A shareholders of three EQ Advisors Trust Portfolios approved shareholder service and distribution plans under Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 for each fund, according to 497K filings with the Securities and exchange Committee.

The fee change, which is effective Jan. 1, affects the EQ/Common Stock Index Portfolio, the EQ/Calvert Socially Responsible Portfolio and the EQ/Van Kampen Comstock Portfolio.

For all three funds, the distribution and/or service fees, which are paid annually as a percentage of the value of the investment, are now 0.25%. Previously they were 0%.

This increases the total annual portfolio operating expenses to 0.72% for the Common Stock Index Portfolio, to 0.95% for the Calvert Socially Responsible Portfolio and to1% for the Van Kampen Comstock Portfolio.

The funds' investment manager is New York-based AXA Equitable Funds Management Group, LLC, and the adviser is AllianceBernstein LP.
